Rio de Janeiro is a huge seaside city in Brazil, famed for its Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, 38m Christ the Redeemer statue atop Mount Corcovado and for Sugarloaf Mountain, a granite peak with cable cars to its summit. The city is also known for its sprawling favelas (shanty towns). Its raucous Carnival festival, featuring parade floats, flamboyant costumes and samba dancers, is considered the world’s largest.

Suggested Itinerary
On arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by your driver, who will help you with your luggage and get you to your hotel in a private adaptive car or a van.
Get ready to discover the world-famous Sugarloaf Mountain and to learn more about the Rio carnival thanks to this guided tour!
After breakfast, around 10:00, you will be picked up in an accessible vehicle directly from your hotel. You will then head to the Sugarloaf Mountain cable car station.
After lunch, you will go on a 45-minutes drive to get to the Carnival Experience.
There, you will go on a guided tour of one of the main samba schools in the city: the Grande Rio samba school factory.
Today, you will discover the iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer and get a complete overview of the city thanks to a guided tour! After breakfast, at 09:00, you will be picked up in an accessible vehicle, directly from your hotel. After a 30-minute drive, you will get to the Corcovado train s station.
The 20-minutes train ride will let you discover the beauty of the mountain. An elevator and an escalator will then help you reach the feet of Christ the Redeemer. Listed as one of the New 7 Wonders of the World, this is a symbol of Rio de Janeiro and Brazil in general.
The members of staff working onsite will aid whoever needs it. You guide will tell you more about the surrounding nature.
After lunch you will go onto a city guided tour.
Today, enjoy a fun experience as you discover one of the largest urban forests in the world on board a 4X4 vehicle!
You will be picked up directly from your hotel, after breakfast, in a 4X4 Jeep. Travellers in a wheelchair will receive assistance to get inside the vehicle thanks to an access ramp. The wheelchair will then be securely attached. Once everybody is ready, you will start making your way to Tijuca Forest, about 30 minutes away by car.
Around 20:30, you will be picked up from your hotel to make your way to a multi-level bar and restaurant. There, you will be able to enjoy a 3-course meal with drinks, but also the amazing entertainment!

- Botanical Garden visit + a stop/a stroll at the Lagoon Rodrigo de Freitas on the way back to the hotel.
- Access the Copacabana beach and the ocean using the amphibious chair and floats + a stop at the Fort Copacabana to relax and have a famous Brazilian coffee and pastries.

- Open to any activity suggested by the client within 4 hours, including a car and a tour guide, to be planned.
Today, after breakfast, enjoy some free time until you get transferred to the airport, depending on your departure time.
