Dubai: A World of Possibilities - 14 Days

Dubai is a city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates known for luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture and a lively nightlife scene. Burj Khalifa, an 830m-tall tower, dominates the skyscraper-filled skyline. At its foot lies Dubai Fountain, with jets and lights choreographed to music. On artificial islands just offshore is Atlantis, The Palm, a resort with water and marine-animal parks.

The United Arab Emirates, sometimes simply called the Emirates, is a country in Western Asia at the southeast end of the Arabian Peninsula on the Persian Gulf, bordering Oman to the east and Saudi Arabia to the south and west, as well as sharing maritime borders with Qatar to the west and Iran to the north.

Dubai continues to surprise and amaze with a stream of new attractions and world-class developments that are fast becoming part of the city’s must-visit list. If you’re an adventure seeker eager to ride the longest urban zipline in the world, a fashion aficionado or a lover of the performance arts, this great city has something new to offer.

It’s perfectly okay to wear sleeveless or short-sleeved tops and dresses, and it’s also okay to wear fitted clothes. Knee-length dresses and shorts that are a bit above the knee are also okay, except in places where there might be a dress code to cover the knees and shoulders.

The Burj Khalifa is a skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With a total height of 829.8 m and a roof height of 828 m, the Burj Khalifa has been the tallest structure and building in the world since its topping out in 2009.

Day 1
Welcome to Dubai

Welcome to Dubai

An assistant will meet and assist you at Dubai International Airport and then you will transfer to the hotel by an accessible air-conditioned modern van adapted for wheelchair travelers.

The iconic sail-shaped silhouette of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah stands tall as a beacon of modern Dubai, characterized by the finest hospitality you can ever experience.

Day 2
Journey back in time

Nestled along the banks of the historic Dubai Creek, Al Shindagha Museum brings to life the story of the nation. The ‘Dubai Creek: Birth of a City’ uses state-of-the-art multimedia, so you can delve into the past in a truly unique way, learning about the emirate’s seafaring history and its evolution from a humble fishing village into a thriving global metropolis.

Don’t forget to stop by the Perfume House, which showcases the tradition behind scents in Emirati culture with a focus on traditional techniques and exotic ingredients.

Day 3
Prepare to be astounded

The Burj Khalifa, known as the Burj Dubai prior to its inauguration in 2010, is a skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With a total height of 829.8 m and a roof height of 828 m, the Burj Khalifa has been the tallest structure and building in the world since its topping out in 2009.

Day 4
Shopping, Shopping, Shopping

The Dubai Mall is a shopping mall in Dubai. It is the second-largest mall in the world by total land area, and the 26th-largest shopping mall in the world by gross leasable area, tying with West Edmonton Mall and Fashion Island — both of which are older than it.

Day 5
You decide

Head back to the mall for more shopping or spend a day of relaxation in your luxurious hotel, the choice is yours.

Repeatedly voted the world’s most luxurious hotel, this stunning destination offers you the finest service and experiences throughout – right down to an optional chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce, private beach access, a breathtaking terrace with pools and cabanas as well as some of the world’s best dining venues, including the highly acclaimed Al Mahara.

We welcome you to experience the truly extraordinary in this signature luxury destination.

Day 6
Animal Encounters

Take a walk through a tropical rainforest right here in Dubai. Head down to The Green Planet in the chic open-air shopping district of City Walk to be transported into a natural ecosystem filled with flora, fauna and fun. Here you’ll encounter 3,000 plants and animals from brightly coloured toucans and elusive geckos to butterflies and even a porcupine (don’t miss the resident sloth!). The immersive vertical bio-dome is a treat for any budding environmentalist.

Day 7
Skiing in a mall

Indulge in a shopping spree with a side of skiing at Malls of the Emirates’ Ski Dubai. Brave the slopes with skis, toboggans or snowboards or build a snowman in the snowpark. You can also roll down the hills in a giant ball, make friends with penguins and sip on a creamy hot chocolate, all year round. A truly unforgettable experience.

Day 8
Dubai Miracle Garden

Amid the arid Dubai desert is a sprawling garden filled with greenery and flowers – a real-life oasis in the otherwise harsh desert environment. Sitting just a few minutes’ drive out of the main city, Dubai Miracle Garden already features more than 45 million blooming flowers, and has aims to become the world’s biggest flower garden. For those who thrive on nature’s bounty, this is very much the place to be.

Day 9
Art culture

Today, explore Dubai’s quirky and vibrant art culture

Alserkal Avenue is an area which has witnessed a significant overhaul in recent years. It’s taken what was an industrial area comprising 39 warehouses, and transformed them into one of the major art and expressionism hubs in the emirate.

Day 10
Desert Safari

Desert adventures can be enjoyed all year long, with a summer safari offering an appeal all of its own. For one thing, it’s cooler in the middle of the desert (in the evenings) than it is in the city.

Far from a rough and ready trek, the 21st century Arabian desert experience is rather luxurious. Travellers will be picked up from their hotels in an air-conditioned SUV to enjoy the long drive away from the city into the undulating dunes.
